What exactly do you need to import? Audio Files, Effects, Automation, Sequences, ............... There is no direct way for logic to read a cubase file but there are several ways to export and import properly to and from sessions. Most catergories listed above would have to be done indiviually, there is no quick way unless you have, for example 20 continuous audio tracks with no auto/plugs.
