Press the bounce (BNCE) button on the relevant Output object in the
audio mixer.

That's just how Logic works. You'll have to do this stuff manually.

Audio Configuration window. Pick the hand tool, and Option-drag an
effect from one slot to another to copy it. just dragging (without
Option) will move it instead.

No. Why would you want to do that? In normal use they're
'transparent' and there's no need to mess with their names, is there?
(Unless you want to manually insert the frozen audio on an audio
track in Arrange of course, in which case you'd better make a copy in
the Finder, and rename and import the copy.)

"Hide". Click the big 'H' button (so it gets blue) and all tracks
will get a small 'H' button. Now click some of the small H's, and
click the big H again: the tracks you've just selected will be
hidden. Click the big H again, and they'll be back. It's magic...
:-)
Note that the big H will be orange if tracks have actually been
hidden, and colourless otherwise.
