Select the mixer strip and in the parameter pane (left side of the environment window) make sure the 'Icon' checkbox is checked. Now the object will appear in the instrument list that pops up when click-holding on a trackname in Arrange. Or: select the target Arrange track, go to the Environment window (Audio mixer) and pick the midi-plug tool, then click on the mixer strip of your choice to assign it to the currently selected Arrange track.
