Maybe I missed something in System Info or Disk Utility, but is the HDs spin rate and transfer rate reported anywhere? I have the internal HD that shipped with my G4, plus a Lacie 120GB Firewire external, and I've been wanting to figure out which would be best for audio use. Is there an easy way to tell, or perhaps a benchmarking utility I can use to test and compare them? Thanks!
