There's a technique to *remove* vocals and everything else that's in the center of a stereo recording, involving phase reversing of one side and then summing both channels to mono (your mixer does the math), but you can't apply it backwards to remove everything but the vocals. And it doesn't work on mono sources anyway. Christian
