Gives you 10 analog inputs simultaneous (incl. 2 mic preamps) at up to 24bit/96kHz, plus digital ins, MIDI in/out, SMPTE in/out, and full featured onboard monitor mixer as well, all for a decent price. I am no expert, but the A/Ds sound pretty good to me, maybe not Focusrite quality, but pretty good. I have heard people complain about MOTU for various reasons, but this thing is working great. Only snag was needing to download the latest driver off their site to fix a MIDI problem, no biggie. Hope this helps.
