Thank for the response.
The common element among Logic/PCI324 users who are experiencing the
kernel panics seems to be the use of external sync. Since you are
using internal sync, you may be averting some trouble in this manner.
Yes, iTunes also exhibits consistent kernel panics and crashes with
the PCI-324 driver under external sync on my system. Apparently you
have the problem with iTunes in internal sync as well. But iTunes has
never gotten along well with the PCI-324 on my system, even in OS 9.
