I don't know of any with just those keys, but one of the xkeys
controllers might do the job.
www.xkeys.com
The sell USB keyboards that you can customise to do a keypress/
series of keypresses for each key that you press.
I got the 58 key one and I've set it up with the shortcuts I commonly
use. It's quite handy.
Note: When I bought it (3 months ago) you had to program (quite a
simple process) the unit using OS9 as they hadn't written a driver
for OSX at that time.
Also, you would have to be a bit clever about programming the
keyboard as usually you program it by
i)tapping the key you wish to program,
ii)pressing keys on your original keyboard, then then
iii)tapping the key you are programming again.
Part ii) of this process might be problematic unless you know an
alternative key sequence for those keys that you don't have on your
iBook (or you could always program it on another Mac if you have one)
Once programmed it works by USB in OS9 or X(no extra software
required)
