I've used the reclock function many, many times, and it works absolutely great. All you need do is take the time to create your guide track properly - I do it by playing a note on the keyboard along with the track (usually a percussive sound will work the best) and then fine-tuning those clicks so they line up perfectly with the track. Then select your guide sequence, go to reclock, and tick off the first two buttons in the diealogue (can't remember their names off the top of my head). It works perfectly. I have tried the audio-to-midi route, and discovered that it takes far more time with results that were inferior. Hope this helps, Cheers, Damir Price
