The support@... address is mostly just for tech support for existing users as far as I know. I think info@... was the right address to write to. Sorry they didn't write back previously but at least it appears they are getting better. If you don't hear back within a few weeks you could always forward your previous email to them and say "it's been two weeks, I'm still waiting for a response, thanks..." I have never had a need to call Emagic yet but as someone else suggested that's often the fastest way to get a response from them. Their distributors page ( http://www.emagic.de/company/distributors/index.php?lang=EN ) says in Italy Digimedia distributes Emagic software...
