I had the same problem, here's what I had to do:
1) Pop the OSX #1 CD into your computer and boot to disk (hold
down "c" while restarting.
2) Go into the DISK UTILITY menu, choose your drive and click on
REPAIR PERMISSIONS - since you're in this window, you may as well
VERIFY DISK and repair that as well (you might have to exist and
restart the Disk Utiliy or reboot to disk again to do this).
3) Restart
4) Remove your XS Key and reinstall Logic on top of itself (I didn't
need to delete and reinstall)
I had big problems in 10.2.3 - I went back to 10.2.2 and am having
less problems now.
