After yet another session struggling with the Auto-Drop implementation, here it is again. How about having completely separate controls for setting the auto-drop point. I still can't easily get them to be different from the cycle locate points. (I did it five minutes ago after fiddling in the ruler, but now I can't! - It's not set up to be easy....) Right now auto-drop is a poor second cousin to cycle and it's assumed you want them the same. While I'm working this way, I'd like to have a "Play Pre-Roll" option/toggle so I could use, for instance, the "Play from selection" command and get a bar pre-roll. Right now I have to change my selection or use other playback commands to audition punches and edits with a little pre-roll. Please don't forget the basics!
