I can give you premier 5.6 - ish with it, you may want to upgrade to 6.0 from adobe. It's not the newest card, but it's a good workhorse. I'm in UK, but I will post it to you for $50.00 plus postage if you like. My tip is use Sorensen video3 as your QT codec, it seems to work well and quickly for me, and the results play back fine in Logic. RJ
