track 64 will remain out of view on the screen? Correct?

I do have follow controller selected in the Adaptive Mixer as well
as the chain button selected., and when I bank over to 64 and
select it, it remains out of view to the right, same for the arrange
window?
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
