How about we get simply access to POWr as a plug-in as well.
This way, if we want to save CPU power during bounce, we
access the POWr dither from the bounce panel, and have it
executed as a post-bounce process.
On the other hand, if we're tight on disk space, need a live
dither for one reason or another, or want to audition the
effects of different dithers by switching between them
during playback, or if we happen to have a DS2416 or
some other device that doesn't support the bounce functionality,
then we can use the plug-ins.
If we're morons and use both and end up double dithering, well,
we get what we deserve, too.
If eMagic is brilliant, it will recognize dither in the
plug-in section, and disable dither in the bounce panel
automatically.
