Anybody else been having difficulties with Emagic getting XS key codes and
Competitive Upgrade Manuals sent ?
I bought my LAP over a month ago and STILL haven't been sent my manuals. I'm
in the dark.
Now they want me to send in my Dongle key to upgrade to 5.1 promising I'll
have the Key code in 2 weeks.....
I don't buy it. I've been trying to get ahold of someone at Emagic for 2
weeks. I can't image them doing ANYTHING in two weeks.
Anybody else experiencing this kind of pathetic customer service ?
