Thanks... Yeah, I found this but can´t get it to respond on anything I do (learn by functions register the key´s I press, but does not work). Wonder why I allways have problems getting logic to take notice of my key command preferences. And this happens on two completely different setups. Regards. Henning.

Henning, in key commands, are you sure that you´ve selected "learn key by key label"? You also run into problems when two different key commands are assigned to the same key. venlig hilsen /Erik G5 2x1,8, 4GB RAM, OSX 10.4.2, HD Accel3, PT 6.9.3cs2, L7.1.1 _______________________________ Erik Häusler Future Love Productions AB mob. +46 708 650 550 erik@futurelove.se 12 dec 2005 kl. 03.08 skrev Henning Kristiansen: > can´t get it to respond on anything I do (learn by > functions register the key´s I press, but does not work).

I got it working last night. For some reason I can´t understand what I do to get it to work because it just does after some "quit logic" or maybe because I load another session. I don´t know. Logic simply seem to have problem updating itself with my changes until I do something "which it likes". Really odd stuff, but I remember I had this problem a few months back too. Thanks again for your help Erik :-) Henning.

Hey Folks! So, I've given up on mixing in Logc..94 tracks and it just crashes too much. Now in to my third OMF export I suddenly get a load of error messages. Here they are: 1. OMFI_ERR: Mob not present in this file 2. OMFI_ERR: MobID not present in this file 3. OMFI_ERR: Invalid object attatched to property ....and finally: OMF export failed to internal error After that Logic hangs... Anyone recognize this? Possible sollutions? Greatful for advice, Erik

Subject: [L-TDM] Loop Browser weird playback!!!
Message #22870
What feature is this? Playing around with the apple loops that were installed with Logic Pro 7. Wish I could understand this because it really freak me out. When I select "modern Rock Drums 12" which apears as an audio file in the browser (blue icon) it play´s ok, and it is output to DTDM channel 1+2 (stereo drum file). That´s fine I guess... But when I select i.ex the "motown Drummer 04" it does not play at all..... UNTIL I set logic to play (!) and press it again...... It PLAYS!... But on DTDM channel 24 (mono). Am I the only one experiencing this weird stuff? What is the logic in this? :-/ Best regards. Henning.

Hey Alar, No, the tweaks did not work...What I had to do was to copy all files to a different location, optimize and then export. That worked. A little troublesome since the mixer might want to edit stuff but I'm good for now. The next song went really smooth, so I don't know what's up with the buggy one... Anyway, I've kept using as little options as possible: Include Audio, no stereo conversions, no dither etc. Be Good, Erik > Hey Erik, > after our conversation, how did it work? > Did the tweaking solve the problems? > > All the Best/Alar

I use 24 DTDM tracks in my logic/mix system (esb) setup. Everything works good, but if I try opening a DTDM audio file and SCRUBB, then dtdm won´t play anymore. Completely silent. Only solution I found so far is to restart logic :-/ Everything looks as it should though. Is this a nice "feature" = BUG! ??? Any workaround? TIA. Henning.

It's a feature called....bug.....I suppose. I've had the same problem, I think it came with one of the latest updates, however I'm not sure whether it's the system update to 10.4.2 or Logic update to 7.1.1. As we all know, the DTDM-bridge isn't exactly a wonder of stability...... We'll probably have to wait til the next Logic update to get it fixed. But maybe somebody has a workaround?
