try enabling "low latency mode" while recording, you can find that button on the transport (assuming you haven't changed it) as alternative try turning off plug-in delay compensation Also you should not have any tdm plug-in running on any channel that comes from the voice, premasters, masters etc.. bypass any tdm plug-in you have from the enabled audio track for recording to the speakers out to minimize latency.
