OK, I think I've got things figured out. This solved my problem, at least, and allowed me to record tracks past #65. What I needed to do was to uncheck "Include Assets" when naming a session/project after opening a new one. That means you're going to have to create and name a folder for your project, and then name and put the session file within it. When I didn't have "Include Assets" checked, LP8 asked me where I wanted to put my DAE audio files when I got to channel 33, and again at 65 (and I assume it would do so at 97, too).
