I've been using MOL Mac-to-Mac for a long time, and it works perfectly. While I haven't been using Logic as a remote host, my guess is that you have a MIDI feedback loop inside Logic. Are you using the Sum connection from the Physical Input object (click and ports Environment layer)? That could do it.
