Hi Michael,
try that: www.digitalmusician.net. If you use their small DM-Recorder
application, you can have a live connection to your partner via Internet
(including talkback and webcam) or you both work offline.
This is mainly a file transfer solution with the nice add-on you can have a
live connection. To share data bounce everything to single tracks or
submixes with a defined starting point and tempo definition.
