Yes I bought a mac pro quad a hd2 and logic pro based on the info from apple that this system would be compatible ! Very annoyed to find out it only works with core audio surely this is a misrepresentation from apple's side. Some kind of pressure needs to be applied to apple to stop them miss-advertising these products and to fix this problem now and not charge those loyal customers who bought this system on their recommendation for the upgrade or fix.
