This is a reply to #24756.
Hello Gang, I am so glad to read your mails... I am in a a situation where I need to quickly put together a mobile rig. I have a HD4 rig and long ago switched over to PT... Back when Apple first took over Emagic and I had the spinning ball syndrome all day. I love TDM and will continue to Mix in TDM but I am looking into different possibilities interface wise with a Macbook Pro. The new Mobile symphony looks very attractive and expensive and low in latency. I kow that one is still in the native set up but I have always felt that there needed to be a work around when going between two systems... TRansferring files between native to TDM has always been a nightmare in Logic. Plus I don't trust mixing in PT LE either. I think it will always be a tracking/prgramming phase and then switching over to TDM for mixing... How did the Police song go??? One world is enough, for all of us!!!
