This is a reply to #24443.
Try switching it to the other option for the number of DSP chips you want to use. Sometimes then it sticks and you can set it how you want it after that. I think I have done this from Logic itself and not from PT. Come to think of it, what is the point of having 2 options for track counts for the same number of DSP chips anyhow?
