Similar system to what I'm running, and it's really easy to do.
My startup Logic file has all my instruments loaded and ready to go and my
Gigastudio tracks have the delay already compensated. To do this, in the
arrange window, simply select your Gigastudio tracks WITHOUT any objects
selected, and set your object parameters (upper lefthand corner)
accordingly. Any new objects recorded into that track will automatically
reflect said parameters. For any of my drum tracks, I have imput quantize
set up to sixteenth notes.
