I am a relatively ameteur user coming from a PC background. I am about to move to a Mac and Logic environment. I have two questions: 1. Can Mac run Logic and Final Cut on the same machine without too much difficult? In the PC world, using your machine for both presented problems; as did using your audio machine for anything else, like word processing, internet, etc. 2. Is it wise to buy a new G5 with OSX now or should I be waiting for the new Intel-based machines? I tend to be cautious and would prefer to let them work out the bugs first. But if I wait, will my OS be obsolete for upgrades and such in a year? Two? Any help is appreciated. Cheers
