Subject: Epic TDM and HTDM loss - SOS.
Message #16351
Hello all About 5 hours ago I lost absolutely everything from my drives after a power failure around the block. It seems that I can more or less replace most of my stuff -from disk- apart from EPIC TDM and the HTDM. If anyone would be willing to share I would be much much - but very much - grateful. Thanks in advance PS: This black out cost me a lot of my hair as well.... Another one like this will ensure no comb effect on my head. **************************************************************************** ************************************************************** As of writing this message I have to admit that I've fallen in love with my DLT drive which was only purchased last month. I recognize this being a temporary a mental anomaly but until I see the new RAID set up on my computer, I will be having butterflies in my stomach whenever my look falls on any of the backup tapes.

Subject: [EXS] Trigger on key release - bug?
Message #16357
Hi all, I recently encountered something that seems like a bug to me: say you have an instrument with two (non-overlapping) zones, the first zone assigned to a group where the trigger parameter is set to key release; the second zone isn't assigned to any group. If you play a key in the second zone something strange happens: the sample is triggered on key-on as well as on key-off! If it is a looped sample with sustain set to a non-zero value the sample plays infinitely then. Double-clicking into the Input/Output area of Logic's transport bar (MIDI panic) stops the sample. However, if the second zone is assigned to another group (with trigger on key pressed) everything works as expected. Bug or very weird feature? Ingo ------------------------------------
