This is a reply to #8937.
> Does posting wishes for the EXS24 on this list have any real impact? I'm sure that eMagic developers know where to look for feedback. We know, for example, that some of them read the LUG which is pretty tightly related to this list. But even if they were living in a vacuum, there's no way that they could not know that something has to be done with the editor in the EXS. So just be patient. Being an Apple company now, they really can't talk about what improvements they are working on or make promises about what will be in new versions. And there's a lot of other non-programming issues the EXS team has to deal with right now too, like the VSL release and the "special tools" that are supposed to be added into the ESX to make that work, and porting the EXSP to AU. So things may be a little rough right now, but don't despair. eMagic is getting a lot of good press for the EXS and they are certainly not going to just let it sit there and fade away. They are going to work hard to improve it. I think it's a good idea to brainstorm and post "wish-lists" here. But the eMagic team has a very full plate right now, so don't be offended if your "enhancement" isn't in the next release. Cheers, -Josh Emmons
