Hi Jeff, I have the new Tibook G4 1ghz. My experience with OSX is limited and that is what I"m using now...but I have 31 instances of EXS running loaded with high quality Giga samples...like Rare instruments, Garritan Strings, Dan Dean winds etc...I think I've just maxed out the system...I need to check the polyphony...I can tell you I"m getting much better performance...subjectively twice as good as my old G4 Tibook 400 mhz. I'll to a little checking and get back...
