Open an EXS instance, and in the EXS interface, click the Edit button left of the green display that shows the loaded instrument's name. That opens an instrument editor, which has it's own menu's. In one of those menu's you find the "Preferences" in which the prev/next stuff is located. If it isn't there, I seriously think something's wrong with your install. My ZoneSwitch environment crashing on you also made me wonder if you didn't have some sort of strange problem... And in reply to Sascha: I don't believe for a second that there is such a beast as an EXS-gold vs an EXS-Platinum.
