Neil Marsh <Neil@AudioBoy.net> wrote: Hi everyone. I'm working on a piece of music for my community theater's summer show that involves replacing the brass instruments of a piece with car horns. I'm not familiar enough with the EXS to create a sample set myself -- setting loop points and all that -- (nor do I really have the time) so I was wondering if anyone knew of an existing sample set, either an all-ready made EXS set or a soundfont set, of car horns-as-instruments? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -N Hello Neil, I can't help with the sample set (sorry), but I would recomend listning to a recording of George Girshwin's "An American in Paris" as it involves the sort of thing you are asking about. You are probably well aware of this. I don't respond to questions in this group much, as I often can't help, but I thought I'd give this one a go. I would like however to take this opportunity to shamlessly promote my up and coming charity gig! 7th July, The Hat Factory Luton England - Electronic Dance Music In aid of the children's Hospice I work at. Thanks very best of luck to all.
