You might also try creating a dummy Zone (with no sample assigned) and assign that, along w/ your loop, to a Group that is allocated only one voice. Also, velocity doesn't seem to have an effect on the sustain (hold) control. It seems that you can only turn sustain on, but not off using note values. However, the system I laid out does allow you to toggle a loop. -Matt
