I think its an Akai program file (been a few years since i used one!) does
this akp come
with wavs? If so you need a program like CDXtract on Chickensys Translator
to convert it
to exs format. EXS can import akai format cds (allegedly, haven't tried it
for a bit and i
remember some issues that may have been sorted) but not Akai program files
on a normal
CD or HD.
