Make an Image of it first, put that image file in the Images folder in the Translator folder, and then open Translator, it will show in the Images section on the left. You can make an Image usually by using Toast (Device Copy), or by Disk Utility in OSX Panther or DiskCopy in Jaguar. (Note: you can put aliases in the images folder too to access the image.)
